Melissa Wood Health is a health, wellness, and lifestyle digital platform on a mission to strengthen the mind and body by consistently committing to wellness. In January 2024, we asked our members to commit to consistency in their practice by launching a multi-pillar holistic program. Reset & Renew was built to guide members through 7 days of meditation, movement, and mindful eating. We created a 360 digital campaign to support the program’s launch on the MWH platform, consisting of of imagery and video behind the paywall, digital content to support paid and organic social, and ads on Meta, TikTok, + Youtube to acquire new subscribers.
